The sound of waves, salt in the air, a gentle breeze: the fresh blue shade of Mar transports us directly to the sea. Oh... But Mar also creates that vacation feeling in everyday life. The Low Cut for children and adults pampers our feet with a pleasantly light feel thanks to pure cotton.
The natural material from certified organic farming makes the breathable and ensures an airy foot climate even on warm days. The cotton also makes the shoe durable and robust, so that we can enjoy this all-rounder for a long time. And if we do get caught in a shower, the Pure Sole provides a degree of protection against moisture from below thanks to the closed Sole Gap.
In the version for adults, Mar comes with a tone-in-tone outsole: the fresh blue of the upper material and denim effect are paired with a pastel blue sole and flat laces – the latter with off-white dots. For the children, on the other hand, Mar focuses on contrast: here the blue cotton meets a Pure Sole in bright golden yellow. Almost like the sea on a sandy beach, isn't it?
The upper material may fade a little over time, giving it a used look that reflects the stories of our adventures together.

Outsole:
outsoles are made of synthetic rubber (partially recycled), silica and natural rubber. Depending on the model, cork particles may be included. Color – pastel blue

Care
Waterproofing before first-time wear
This minimal shoe is water-permeable. Consequently, waterproofing is not necessary.
Cleaning
The best way to clean soiled shoes is by knocking them together and carefully brushing them out when they’re dry, or by gently wiping them down with a damp cloth. Rough rubbing will enhance the used look. Not machine washable.
For stubborn stains, we recommend gentle cleaning with our biodegradable cleaning solution "Drops".
We recommend removing the insoles from the shoes after use for airing and to avoid moisture build-up.
They can be carefully washed by hand. Allow to dry completely before putting them back. Not machine washable.

Additional notes
Every single shoe is a handmade one of a kind, with an upper made from natural material. The structure and coloration may exhibit minor irregularities.
A hue appears different depending on the lighting conditions. That's why colors always look a little different on the screen, in artificial light at home, or outside in sunlight.
When putting on, please note: Widen the opening of the shoe sufficiently by loosening the laces. This minimizes wear on the material and extends the life of the shoe.
