Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available with no minimum order value to all available destinations except Iceland, Norway, Cyprus, Lebanon, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. A per-item shipping charge applies to these destinations.
Shipping Process
Delivery time = order preparation time + shipping time.
Once we receive your order information, we will process your order:
(1) Check stock availability.
(2) Confirm whether the item requires customization.
(3) Check your shipping address.
(4) Confirm that the item is eligible under this Shipping Policy.
(5) Ship your order from our warehouse when everything is ready.
Please provide a complete shipping address, including the street number. If information is missing, our customer service team will contact you. This may delay shipment.
Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the tracking website.

Free Shipping
Estimated delivery is 15–42 days after dispatch. Order preparation usually takes 1–2 weeks and is separate from shipping time.
Fast Shipping (UPS/DHL Express/FedEx): 5–7 days
This paid service is available for Iceland, Norway, Cyprus, Lebanon, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. Estimated delivery is 5–7 days after dispatch. Order preparation usually takes 1–2 weeks.
Fast shipping costs the GBP equivalent of €100 per item. The same per-item rate applies to the first item and each additional item, with no quantity-based free-shipping threshold. Shipping charges are shown in your selected currency at checkout. The final shipping charge and order total are confirmed before payment.

Compensation for Delayed Delivery
If your order is delivered late, we are sorry for the delay and will provide compensation equivalent to 10% of the delayed item's order price. We will do our best to deliver your order on time.
